Large amounts of unlicensed medications have actually been seized by Department of Health authorities during a search of a home in Glengormley.
A male was interviewed by department officers about unlawfully importing and consequently providing unlicensed impotence medications via the internet.
The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medication offenses.
He will now be the subject of a report to the Service.
The search was brought out by the department’s Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its senior enforcement office, Peter Moore, said: “It is essential that we get the message throughout that unlicensed medicines can be hazardous.
